I cannot recommend this Sullivan Tire location highly enough! I came in for service recently and received what was quite literally the best customer service I have ever experienced.
A huge thank you to Brian, who truly went above and beyond not just once, but twice during my visit. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made a massive difference. It’s rare to find that level of dedication these days.
The entire team was fantastic, and I can't thank Brian and the rest of the staff enough for their help. I’ll definitely be back for any future needs!

I have been going to Sullivan Tire in Bedford for about 10 years with multiple vehicles and have always had a great experience there. On two separate occasions, they investigated a problem for me, found the problem was beyond their scope, and didn't charge me for the trouble. They have never tried to sell me something I didn't need and have always been friendly. A great example - recently this happened on my (unlabeled) foam-filled tires on a new-ish car which required dealership to not void their warranty/integrity. They described what they could do and not do, suggested options that they would/would not recommend and let me make the decision that made the most sense (to take the car to the dealership for the repair). They have a sign up describing their vision to treat their customers as if they were a member of their own family - and I have never had an experience to the contrary. Highly recommended, great service.

Overall, I would give this location 3 stars. The service itself was good — the staff was friendly, and the work on my car was completed as expected.
However, I am deducting 2 stars because of how the tire maintenance/protection plan was presented. The salesperson mentioned that the plan was “$40,” which made me believe it was $40 total. It was not made clear to me that it was actually $40 per tire. When I later reviewed my bill a few days after pickup, I realized I had been charged $160 for four tires.
If I had known upfront that the total cost would be $160, I likely would not have purchased the plan. I would have appreciated clearer communication, such as explicitly stating “$40 per tire.” Even the quote showed only “40,” without clearly indicating that it was per tire.
Of course, I could have reviewed the bill more carefully at the time, but transparency is especially important in car service situations where additional plans and add-ons are frequently presented.
The service work was good overall, but I hope they improve clarity around how optional plans and pricing are explained to customers.

I stopped in today without an appointment because of a low pressure warning light and to schedule a tire rotation. As usual, the service was friendly, prompt and professional. I just can’t say enough about the Bedford Ma store. They really deliver good old fashioned service. Love them!

I've been to Sullivan's in Bedford, Mass three times for different issues. Two were pressing issues-flat tire (it was so old it was coming off the rim and I had not noticed), and damage to underside of my car after sliding off road in black ice. All three times I was so worried as no one wants car issues and their quick service, avaialbility, and willingness to work with drop off/pick up times etc helped keep the stress at bay. Each time they fixed the issue and didn't break the bank. I wish I had specific names, thats my bad for being so stressed out and not thinking; but each tech has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful even though often times I can see they are very busy. Fully recommend this location. Trust is hard to come by when it comes to vehicles and this is one place thats more than earned it.
