    Staff is very friendly! I called earlier in the week to drop my vehicle off for a tire rotation on a Saturday, I was told, no problem, and given a heads up that I’ll get it back by the end of the day. When I dropped it off on Saturday morning, I was told again, by the end of the day, (which was not an issue because I made prior arrangements), they called me at 1:30pm to tell me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up! I’ve been to this particular Sullivan Tire location before and had a great experience each time!

    Brought my car to Sullivan last month to figure out the cause for a high pitch squealing noise that was intermittent, most likely coming from the breaks. The Sullivan team identified that the front brakes were worn and recommended changing front pads and rotors. Picked up the car and drove up to Maine for the weekend. Half-way up there, the squealing was back, and it was bad! I immediately called Sullivan, and they said that most likely it was a clip that was lose and I was totally safe to drive, but should bring in the car the following Monday to take care of it. When I brought it in, they noticed that the REAR brake pad was frozen and TOTALLY worn. How safe was it for me to drive with those brakes - who knows? I still struggle to understand how they missed that the rear brakes were so bad, given that they assured me that they took a close look at all 4 breaks! Of course, I am wondering how if my front brakes actually needed to be replaced at the time they did. I guess, I will continue my search for a reliable shop in the area...
