  Booked a car and was to pick it up at 10:30 am. It’s now 11:10 am and no one has shown up at the desk. Called and spoke with corporate office. They have no idea where the customer service rep is, and there is no indication if / when someone will show up or not.

  I booked a car with National Car Rental, only to be told right before my flight to Boston that cars ware "sold out." No solution offered - just “sorry” and good luck. I was left scrambling with no car and no time, and it completely ruined the start of my vacation. This kind of service is unacceptable. You can't honor confirmed reservations, what's the point of booking at all? Completely unreliable, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values their time, money, or peace of mind.

  Awful, awful experience with this location. I am a loyal National customer and rent for business. I had a pickup scheduled for 5 pm on 7/24. I knew I was going to arrive just after 5 which is when the location closed. Between 4:30 and 5pm I tried calling the location several times with no answer. When I arrived at 5:02 pm there was no one to be found at the desk and I was left without a car. I called national customer service which was useless. I’ve rented over 95 days this year alone and this location has single handedly made me consider whether I will continue to be a national customer.
