My main issue is the upselling, though. 2010 Corolla, and every time I go I'm told that someone worked at Toyota and the company recommends the premium oil, even when I say I just want the regular stuff. The last time I went and once again denied the premium oil, I was asked (something along the lines of) if I "wasn't looking for it to last". When I go, I end up feeling pressured into getting a more expensive service that I don't want, but I just firmly state that I only want the regular oil. Overall rating ~2.5 stars.
