You kind of feel like family just pop right in and they’ll squeeze you right in or they’ll schedule you for an appointment. And I was glad to hear that they now do inspection stickers so in January, I will go back and get my inspection sticker. As a customer it is very important to not be up sold to wake commissions as Firestone, dealerships culture. You’re not AAA approved however they treat you as if they were.

This place also went above and beyond when the district manager Kris came over and helped with a financing portion of it which I was very thankful for. Will definitely return and recommend.

My only gripe is that I called and scheduled the appt and was told by the woman on the phone tires were in stock, they werent. The corporate side needs to figure out how to give the call centers accurate inventory so that customers like myself dont waste time making appts to get nothing done. Again, no complaints about the person at location.
