When I spoke to someone on the phone, they guaranteed I could be seen. The Auburn store was not only closed, but they couldn't make any guarantees that their warehouse in Worcester had the tires I needed. I was given the run around for 20 minutes trying to speak with a supervisor of the call center or the manager at the tire warehouse, only to be sent to voicemail on all accounts. Ended up going to a different company at the end of the day. Do not bother with Monro, they don't deserve your time or business.

I made an appointment on the phone for a flat fix on a Sunday only to show up with a flat tire and find that they are closed. When I told the person on the phone that I was at the store and it's closed, she told me, no, it's open on Sundays because that's what it says in the system. I like Town Fair Tire but they also aren't open on Sundays, so I was hoping to get work done here because they were supposed to be open. How can you take an appointment for a day that the store isn't even open? Somebody isn't communicating internally here.

You kind of feel like family just pop right in and they’ll squeeze you right in or they’ll schedule you for an appointment. And I was glad to hear that they now do inspection stickers so in January, I will go back and get my inspection sticker. As a customer it is very important to not be up sold to wake commissions as Firestone, dealerships culture. You’re not AAA approved however they treat you as if they were.
