    Went to Lux Auto with my wife and kids just to look at around for a new car. Was met by Tommy Lynds. He immediately grabbed multiple keys. He was extremely friendly and professional! He even took the time to answer and amuse my children with every silly question they had. Before I knew it, we were signing on our new car! The experience from start to finish was truly amazing and very simple. I highly recommend going through Lux for your next car! Especially with Tommy!

    Great experience buying my first car at Lux! I have been looking for this car for a long time and Anthony was awesome to work with and made sure I was walking away with it. Super helpful, easy to talk to, and made the whole process smooth without any pressure. He also would get back to me with any questions I had after I had left the dealership. Vinny in finance was also great and made everything straightforward on his end. Overall a solid team throughout, each person there is easy going and friendly. This made the car-buying experience a good one. Definitely recommend!

    10/10!!!! Would give them 10000 stars if I could. It’s my third time financing and I haven’t had the best experience until them. Jim was SO awesome, so helpful, incredibly transparent and immediately welcoming when I walked in the door. I didn’t come with the best circumstances so I was nervous about my deal but now I am SO happy!! I ran my deal through a couple of my friends who sell cars And they said it was an amazing deal. I also can’t leave out Bob, he was a finance manager for my deal and he was also so welcoming and kind. He happily answered all of my questions. I truly couldn’t be any happier with the vehicle I got. I will be recommending everyone to them, specifically Jim. With that being said everyone that worked there that I came across was super nice, Including the two men, I met in the service department.

    I had such a great experience buying my car thanks to Tommy!! From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth, stress-free and actually enjoyable. He was patient, honest and truly listened to what I wanted instead of just trying to make a sale. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, trustworthy and easy to work with I highly recommend asking for Tommy! I absolutely love my new car and couldn’t be happier with the experience!!

    In December 2024, at age 19, I purchased a used Audi Q3 (73k miles) from this dealership. I was upfront about being nervous because I personally knew people who had bought cars here and later had major issues. I was reassured by the salesperson that the car was reliable. I trusted that and moved forward. I have never missed a payment. Within months, the car began having issues. While an early fuel pump replacement was covered under warranty and handled smoothly, that was only the beginning. I experienced recurring check engine lights, constantly changing diagnoses, and long periods where the dealership kept my car. Over time, repairs were performed without my authorization, including a throttle body replacement that I was only informed about after it had already been completed. I was never given a written estimate or asked to approve the work beforehand and was told I had to pay before my car would be released. Communication throughout this entire process was extremely poor. Calls were rarely returned, promised updates never happened, and I constantly had to chase basic information. When I questioned charges and asked for documentation, staff became hostile. The dealership could not produce a signed work order authorizing the repair. The situation escalated to the point where I felt forced to involve police simply to protect myself during the dispute. I ultimately paid under pressure and was trespassed from the property — despite my vehicle still being under warranty. After months of repairs and thousands of dollars, the check engine light is back on. The original problem was never fixed. This experience involved unauthorized repairs, intimidation, and a complete failure to resolve the issue. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership, especially if you are young or inexperienced. I am actually emotionally drained from dealing with all of this I’ve only had the car for a year and the fuel pump ,intake manifold , intake manifold gasket and throttle body have all been replaced yet my check engine light is still on ! And the owner refuses to speak with me all I ever wanted was for my car to be fixed and not have any issues the car they sold me was very much clearly a lemon ! 🍋
