- JLJonathan LeesNov 14, 20255.0My wife and myself had been searching for an upgrade from her jeep cherokee, myself being a ford guy wanted an explorer but insisted it had to be the ST package,after weeks of looking around, finally i had found what i was looking for and it was at lux, i have purchased 2 vehicles from them prior and Dan was my guy, i called and said i need to speak to Dan please and they had told he had since retired, i told them i needed Dans replacement and i wasnt talking to anybody else, long story short they gave me Andrew, i explained my situation (that i am a pain the ass) and what i wanted,long story short, we were test driving the explorer within the hour and being treated as family the entire time and we actually left with the explorer that night and Andrew set us up after for a complete vehicle detail because i refused to leave the dealership without my wifes dream car, Andrew was so amazing i plan on going back and potentially buying another vehical. 5 star service thank you Andrew

It’s beautiful and in great shape, like new. They polished it all up, buffed it, detailed it and explained all the controls to us. Patient, friendly, respectful and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service. And thank you Dave Walsh, employee of LuxAuto and long time friend who referred me to the auto lot. Easy and quick financing, had the car financed, registered and home in the driveway within one day.
