When I pulled up they saw my veterans plates and let me know I will be getting 20% off. These guys and gals are great at what they do and don’t try to sell anything you don’t need. I was in and out in 20 minutes, oil change, tire rotation, they changed my air filter, topped off my washer fluid and filled my tires with air. Thank you!
- CSCameron SchloerNov 6, 20251.0This location tried to smash my rims off with a sledgehammer after another Jiffy Lube location did a tire rotation so poorly that the lug nuts could no longer be removed. Two of my rims were damaged in the process and Jiffy Lube has refused to give me any reimbursement for them. This location reimbursed me for the lug nuts at least, but I'm out $150 dollars and now my rims don't match. Jiffy Lube is not the place for anything other than an oil change, and will probably damage your car in the process of trying to do something for you. They probably won't make it right even if they know they made a mistake.

I sent my 18 yr old daughter for an oil change and tire rotation, signed up online with a coupon and it should have only been 115 without the 15 coupon, you told her you couldn’t change her tires because they were bald and that was fine but then you added on 100 dollars more that she did not need. You took total advantage of a young girl! Shame on you!
