Went online and pre-checked in just to receive a call the next day That they didn’t have any cars to give me and will call me if one becomes available. Called another Rental company down the street from them and got a car. I use points for the enterprise rental, which they never refunded me. This is the second time this has happened to me with this location. I will never use this location again

Two hours prior to pick up I received a call that an SUV was not available and all they had was a Nissan Altima. I was making a 9-hour drive. The staff member said that one may be turned in but all they had right then was the Altima. When I arrived I was given the Altima. It was such short notice, I had no other choice. He said that the online service allows you to book vehicles that are not available. This is unacceptable. Then the car had a half a tank of gas. I have rented cars for years and it is always a full tank. I will never use or recommend Enterprise again.
