So I called the Auburn MA office. Unfortunately the rep there immediately transferred me to their reservation specialist. The specialist was happy to take my reservation. But as I suspected I got a call 4 hours later from the local office informing me they have no cars!!!! They wasted 4 hours where I could had been connecting with another office or company! Totally unreliable
