    The best car buying experience. My husband and I tried several other dealers but with Acura of Auburn we got the best deal and above all, a great car with warranty. We got a fair value for the trade in. A lot of thanks to Lizet who was patient and professional and also to Nathan and Erica. I am sure we are going to see you again for our next car.

    Erica and Jonny were awesome! Made everything so easy and less nerve wrecking. They took care of everything. I really just had to show up and sign. They took their time in answering all of my questions. And Jonny did a really great job explaining all the features of my new car! So happy with this purchase and so happy I chose Acura of Auburn!

    Phenomenal staff and customer service! Acura of Auburn has been our dealer for over 10 years! We receive the most knowledgeable, respectful and kind attention here. Ken Bowen recently negotiated all the terms of our lease that we needed with diligence, patience and respect. Erica Santana is beyond amazing with detailed efficiency along with a beaming personality matched by few. Don Heath has been our go to sales person and is the reason we chose to do business with Acura of Auburn 10 years ago! We are fortunate to still be able to choose Don today! He excels in the knowledge of the intricate operation of the vehicles ~ especially the aspects of technology. Don is unsurpassed as a salesperson and is one of the finest human beings you will ever meet. This is a stellar team! We are very grateful for the service at Acura of Auburn!

    Wonderful place to buy an Acura. Stopped in to check exterior and interior colors and told the sales people we were not here to buy a car from them. But the courtesy and service was so good that we ended up asking them for a quote and the offer was so compelling that we ended up with a deal on a new 2026 Acura MDX. This is my wife’s third MDX and she just loves the vehicle. Highly recommend Nathan the sales manager, Don the sales person and Erica the business manager. Was a great experience. Took delivery today and all was very well managed and executed.

    I was the very happy owner of a 2006 Acura TL, which I had serviced for many years at Acura of Auburn. The service team was excellent, so it made sense for me to look at this dealership when my old TL needed to be replaced. I bought a new Integra, which I regretted in short order. It turned out to be nothing close to my previous Acura. I approached the sales manager, Nathan Doggart, and we started to work on a plan. He spent a lot of time with me going over the complaints I had with the Integra and demonstrating the features of the TLX that addressed them. He then let me take a TLX for a more lengthy test drive than I had done with the Integra. Nathan, along with Erica Santana (business manager) worked out a solution to this very complicated problem. Though it took several weeks, I am now driving the TLX and very satisfied with it. Nathan and Erica get highest marks for their efforts in getting this mess resolved. They, along with other team members, Johnny and Don, make Acura of Auburn an outstanding dealership.
