I am so upset. I've been without a vehicle for 6 days now. Tried calling them with no reults. Guy on phone didn't even apologize. DO NOT GO THERE! Inexperienced with no knowledge of positive & negative. Seriously?????

At first they said they only had die hard batteries for over 2x price, then when I showed them the online listing they said it wasn't their store, then I showed them it was their store they incorrectly typed in part #, then when I pointed it out and he found it in their database he said it wouldn't fit my car. I had already done the research. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it. He says "ill try n find it.... " 10 mins later someone who didn't even look like they worked there came out with even more attitude telling me it won't fit, and they can't find it. After lots of huffing and puffing they finally "found" it and sold it to me... fit even better than the 1 they sold me last time and works great. This experience was infuriating

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
