Basically i was calling to let them know They forgot my oil fill cap. Tried to deny all responsibility, as there is no evidence therefore i cannot argue, but i know for a fact it was them. When calling to complain. I had to deal with this site and it's highly immature owner. When dealing with these ppl they will attempt to berate, name-call, they refuse to accept any responsibility - see their replies to other 1 star reviews. All around unprofessional and way to expensive for service, which has 0 quality and you will... You will have to redo all their work to confirm they did it right. Might as well do the simple job yourself. File a bbb complaint as well if going to submit a 1 star review. For record keeping purposes and case building. We don't need these irresponsible people in this business. Frankly any business
