They initially offered me a gift card because they couldn’t find proof of purchase which I declined initially. The manager, Ray, was put on the phone on my next day return with my proof of purchase and he said to come back in the next day to speak to him in person for a refund. I returned for the third day in a row for Ray to just offer me a gift card and say it would be a lot of trouble for him to get me a cash refund. Awful customer service.
