In addition to an oil change, I had concerns about the transmission fluid. The manager had a depth of experience and knowledge that I did not expect. He showed me photos of the transmission and where there could be leaks then went on to check the level, something the valvoline staff at another store had no knowledge of doing. In addition, because the oil level was low, he inspected around the engine to ensure there were no leaks. Crayons for kids too. Overall experience could not have been better!
