I booked a car online, but at pickup they made me wait an hour, forced optional insurance, and gave me a completely different car without a powered key. No proper communication or adjustment for the delay. Handling was unprofessional and stressful, especially with my kid. Zipcar is far better I’ll never rent or recommend Enterprise again.Good part is Enterprise cars are generally well-maintained and reliable.
