I booked a car online, but at pickup they made me wait an hour, forced optional insurance, and gave me a completely different car without a powered key. No proper communication or adjustment for the delay. Handling was unprofessional and stressful, especially with my kid. Zipcar is far better I’ll never rent or recommend Enterprise again.Good part is Enterprise cars are generally well-maintained and reliable.

Manager Tarren and employee Wasim, pick-up and drop off respectively, were amazing and made our rental process fast, smooth and utterly painless. The car was an Altima, and we liked it so much we went out and bought one! From Lia of Northampton, equally awesome!! Drop off was just as smooth, dont forget to ask for your senior citizen discount, which was applied and every cent counts when your in between and buying another car. Thanks Enterprise, fantatic work!!
