Michael, tonight was particularly helpful. He scanned my engine, pulled up price ranges, and told me which shops wouldn't rip me off. He went above and beyond to help me despite it being a free service. As a college student I really appreciate someone looking out for me to make sure I don't get scammed and taking the time to explain to me what is broken and why / when it should be fixed.
