- PPPageJGJul 21, 20251.0So I went in to get some brake pads and I had just smoked, like a lot, so I was in a good mood and very friendly and the genius employee who took care of me obviously thought of himself as very very smart and went and got me my brake pads for my Hyundai Kona and I paid for them and left. The next day before I got them fixed, I was like you know, that genius at the part store actually seemed like kind of a clueless tool who likes to screw with people for sport, because he thinks he's smarter than everyone else, maybe I should double check the part number he gave me. I double checked the part number and whooooaaaaa look at that he gave me the wrong pads, he gave me pads for a Chevy avalanche..... Wouldn't that have been really really funny if I didn't find out they were the wrong pads until I got the old ones off. Baha ha ha ha I'm betting that would have been the joke. Good thing I was considerably smarter than the AutoZone employee, even though as mentioned I had been smoking, a lot, and decided to double check myself, before I started the job.
