Rashid contacted me to let me know that an important piece was still attached to the old battery I turned in for the core charge refund. He wanted to be sure I had it, since it’s something I might need. He even offered to hold it for me or leave it somewhere secure if I couldn’t get back before they closed. That kind of service, attention, and care is always appreciated.
