Don’t try to reach anyone on site because you’ll only spend 20 minutes on the phone with their AI and/or a remote person who says “they will send an email to the location manager with your concern.” I went through this gauntlet and they told me there was a overnight key drop that I could use. When I showed up on site me and another individual who is dropping their car off found this broken cheap dropbox, which we did not feel comfortable leaving our key in overnight. Unbelievable that they can’t even afford to put in a safe/substantial overnight key drop. At this location your best key drop option is to slide your key through the mail slot in the shop garage (your key will drop to the floor of the shop) and leave a note on the front door of the office. Hopefully everything works out.
