I just moved to the area last summer and was looking for a new reliable auto body shop after my car got some body damage in a parking lot. I visited quite a few shops who tried to tell me I needed various other things replaced as well (which I knew to not be true - Dad is a car guru). When I showed up to route 18 auto, Sam came out to look at the damage, got on all fours and looked underneath, and said "We can save it". 2 weeks later and my Rav4 is good as new! Thank you Sam and Route 18 Auto!
