D&S Auto did an amazing job fixing a minor dent on my car and detailing it inside and out — it looks brand new! The team was super timely, professional, and easy to work with. Everything was done quickly and the quality of the work was excellent. I couldn’t be happier with how it came out and would absolutely recommend them to anyone

After another shop butchered this project, I went to Matt at D&S Auto Works and he did an incredible job. He was able to help me find the exact OEM paint match. Matt and the team take incredible pride in their work. If you want it done RIGHT take it to D&S.

I recently was in an accident and took my 2014 Sienna to D&S Auto Works for repair. I picked my van up today and I was thrilled with the results. My van looks like a brand new vehicle... it's beautiful. My car was also cleaned inside. Highly recommend this shop. Wonderful work, thank you so much!!
Do I have to take my car to a certain repair shop?
No, you don't! You, the vehicle owner can decide which repair shop to use. The duty of your insurance company is to just pay for the repairs.
How many estimates do I need?
You need only one estimate, you can make arrangements to have your truck or car inspected by your insurance company at our shop or go to the insurance company's drive-in appraisal location, obtain their appraisal (estimate) and then present it to us.
Do I pay the repair bill, or is my insurance company responsible?
The vehicle owner is responsible. However, insurance companies have a legal obligation to their insured to pay for the repairs. Generally, an insured will pay the deductible, and the insurance company will pay the rest to the insured unless you specifically request that you want them to pay the body shop directly.
Do I have to pay a deductible?
Your deductible is determined by your existing insurance policy. With broad collision coverage, your insurance company will most likely waive your deductible. Insurance companies will determine fault based on your account of the accident when you make the claim and by reviewing the accident report filed with the local police department. If you're not sure about your deductible, call your insurance company, and they'll tell you whether your deductible has been waived or if you'll be responsible for paying when you pick up your vehicle.
Does my insurance company require more than one estimate?
No. You don't have to use any particular collision repair facility to obtain repairs. You choose the repair facility and authorize repairs. Your insurance company can't require you to go to a particular shop. However, your insurer may want to have their own adjuster inspect the vehicle and damage. If your vehicle is unsafe to drive, have it towed to our shop and inform your insurer where it may be inspected. We can assist in any towing or rental car-related needs you may have.
I’ve just been in an auto collision. What’s next?
First, get in touch with your insurance provider. Explain the nature of your accident and request a claim number after your report has been filed. After that, give us a call, and we'll take care of the rest. As long as you provide a claim number, we can facilitate the appraising, repair, and payment processes.
Do I have to take my car to a specific repair shop for insurance-covered repairs?
No, you can choose any repair shop you prefer. Your insurance company's role is to pay for the repairs, not to dictate the repair facility.
How many repair estimates do I need to provide?
Only one estimate is needed. You can have your vehicle inspected by your insurance company or get their appraisal and present it to us for repair.
Who is responsible for paying the repair bill?
The vehicle owner is responsible, but generally, the insurance company pays the repair costs minus your deductible unless you request direct payment to the body shop.
Will I have to pay a deductible for my auto repair?
Your deductible depends on your insurance policy. Often, broad collision coverage may waive it. Contact your insurer to confirm your deductible status.
Does my insurance require multiple repair estimates?
No, you are not required to get more than one estimate or use a particular shop. However, your insurer may want to inspect the damage through their adjuster.
What steps should I take immediately after an auto collision?
Contact your insurance provider to file a claim and get a claim number, then call us to handle appraising, repairs, and payment arrangements.
