    I brought a tire in to be patched from the inside. The employee filled it with air told me It cannot be patched, having experience with Tire Repair I asked him how could he come to that conclusion without taking the tire off the rim.The tire was then taken off the rim and I was told it could not be patched again. The tire had a plug in it. I I then told the individual to pull the plug out and inspect a hole. After this was done he and the supervisor agreed the tire could be patched which was obvious from the start. I believe they were simply trying to sell me a tire Rather than Repair the tire. I purchased a set of tires a few months ago from this shop. The staff at that time were friendly and helpful. Too bad they were replaced with incompetent ones.

    Expect to be connected to a national call center as opposed to talking to someone at the local shop. Other than that they were awesome, plugged a flat for the cheapest rate around.

    I arrived late on a Friday afternoon with a wobble/shake in my vehicle expecting to drop it off for when they had time to service it. They got on it right away and discovered the issue with a tire. Replaced the tire and balanced all wheels. Less than an hour later I was out of there with a much smoother riding truck! Thank you!
