  Huge shoutout to the Youngsville AutoZone team especially Nathan Breaux, Preston Fruge, and Joshua Lewis. These guys truly saved my day. I walked in with a Toyota 4Runner driveshaft that had two extremely stubborn U-joints, and Nathan immediately stepped up and led the charge. His customer service was outstanding — he literally took time out of his own shift to help remove the old U-joints and make sure everything was handled properly. Preston and Joshua were right there as well, jumping in to help and making sure I had what I needed. Nathan also took the time to walk me through how to properly re-install the U-joints, which made all the difference. The driveshaft is now back on my 4Runner, and the vehicle is driving smoother than ever. I was in a serious bind since all auto shops were closed, and this happened on a dark, cold, wet day with the winter freeze rolling through Louisiana. Without Nathan and this AutoZone team, I would not have had my vehicle ready for Monday morning. Nathan went above and beyond what anyone would expect from retail customer service. AutoZone is lucky to have him... please give this man a raise. Thank you again to the Youngsville AutoZone crew for truly saving the day. I’ll definitely be back.

  One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had over the phone. Looking for a power steering pump they said they didn't have in stock, the website says they have it it stock. I asked if any other stores nearby had it in stock and was sent through a loop of different parts that different stores had but no solutions and not able to order the part to the store for me. When I asked if we can find a solution the customer service rep said he doesn't know why I'm giving him attitude. Hard pass on this location.
