  Don’t waste your time or money with them. I had great experiences with them a couple of years ago on two different occasions, but recently it was the complete opposite. I took my vehicle in, paid the diagnostic fee, and they agreed to keep my ticket open until I returned from work after the 20th so the repairs could be done then. A couple of days before the 20th, the lady called, and we confirmed we still planned on bringing the vehicle in. After that call, she went ahead and closed our ticket anyway, with no explanation. We even called before making the 45-minute drive to their shop to make sure it was a good day to come in, only to find out the ticket had already been closed. They said they would try to work something out for their mistake, but I never heard anything back. This ended up being a waste of time and money, and not a business that stands by their word. I hope nobody else has the same experience.

  Brandy was great helping with the insurance. Always friendly, professional, and helpful. Then when I pick up my truck it was cleaned and detailed on the exterior. Not just the area repaired, the whole truck. Even armor-all on the tires. Definitely a first class experience! Thank you!

  Our car was in hit from behind with the back bumper in bad condition. Parker Auto Body did an amazing job getting our car fixed in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company.

  Mr Colin was super nice and professional. We took our car there for some work. We were using a warranty plan. Needless to say it didn’t work out with them but Mr Colin went above and beyond to help us with everything. He and his staff were so kind through out everything. I recommend these guys. They will treat you right and not mess you over. I wish I could give more stars.

  Customer service was excellent. Truck looks exactly like it did before the wreck. I had my truck back very quick. I highly recommend Parker Auto Body.
