- ARAndy RandolphDec 27, 20251.0If you want your vehicle rinsed completely on the first trip might as well go somewhere else.We have had a membership here for a while however today may be the end of it. After 3 trips back to back going through the wash the back half of the car was still covered with soap. Before the third trip through it one of the employees said he would slow it down when I got in the blowers. I'm not real sure what that was going to do other than dry the soap on the car. Then he proceeded to tell me that he wasn't going to guarantee it was going to get all the soap off. Despite his efforts, it still has soap all over the back half of the car. Needless to say I still had to go to another carwash and finish rinsing the car.

Don’t know what could be done but I would expect a call or something.
