- KHKody HaymanJan 14, 20262.0The installation guy was great, had a positive attitude and told me instructions very carefully. I had problems with my truck's radiator they replaced everything for free under my warranty, he was still the mechanic. Unfortunately they have no intoxalock installers now they all quit, so they "Couldn't get my truck to start because the device was messed up" after a check engine light. I had to take a day off of work to go there and blow in it myself, i blew hard but not as hard as what i normally do and it started perfectly fine. Even tried shutting the truck off and doing it again, same thing it was working perfectly. The guy in the front swears "all the people in the office blew in it" and it didn't work hmm how bout that, i walked in and said im taking the truck home and told them they didn't put much effort into it. The guy proceeded to raise his voice with a nasty attitude telling me they did and I just had to walk out I was so frustrated. Overall the mechanic that did my truck seemed great, even had $2400 front end and suspension work done on my old truck about a year ago and everything was flawless, but the way I was treated during this with the office workers, they will no longer have my business.
