  A horrible waste of time! Waited 2 hours just to find out they didn't have the vehicle I reserved. Booking a car means nothing at this location. You just show up, wait forever, and hope they still have a vehicle available when they finally get to you.

  My first experience was not great. I called the national number to book a specific vehicle. I was looking for a Jeep. I was told that my local Murray KY company had multiple in stock only to arrive and they laughed at me and had none. I ended up going on vacation with a friend and decided to pick up my rental at a different location. I had a reservation to pick up a vehicle at the Monroe Louisiana location when I arrived there was one customer service person working and about 13 people waiting in the lobby. We decided to come back once the crowd cleared out …well that didn’t happen and when we came back two hours later, it was still just as busy. The customer service person put me in the oldest vehicle possible, and I was not comfortable traveling in it so I asked for something different. I was paying the highest rate possible with my daily allowable limit so I wanted a nicer vehicle. After being placed in the vehicle of my choice, I found a bloody Band-Aid in the passenger side floorboard, and the inside of the car had not been cleaned. I drove four states away in this vehicle with no issues only to be contacted the next business day asking what vehicle I had because the rental company had not changed me from my original vehicle. Enterprise had no idea what vehicle I was driving!!! I was renting through my insurance company due to an accident with a deer and enterprise was not helpful in working with my insurance company to renew my rental after the expiration date. I was contacted daily and kept in good communication with enterprise regarding the extension of my rental only to be reported to the police that I had not returned my rental on time. They then attempted to try to charge my credit card for multiple days of use when it should have been charged to the insurance company. I will never rent with enterprise again and definitely take my business elsewhere. I have told all of my friends about my terrible experiences and lack of communication after reading multiple reviews. Apparently this is very common for enterprise and they do not care about customer service. And their slogan about picking you up yeah good luck with that. I’ve asked multiple times for a ride and always been told they didn’t have anyone to take me. This company is a joke.
