  This place and the staff are truly amazing! I had a great heartfelt experience here. They are very professional and do things in a timely manner. They keep you updated with every step of the process. Gabrielle helped me through my process and made sure I was taken care of through it all.   0 stars is not an option or I would have chosen that. They did not fix my truck after hitting dear on interested . The strating is still way off. Nothing was done to fix it

  I'm not one to usually make reviews, but I couldn't NOT review Gerber Collision. Hands down the best experience with a collision center we could've asked for after my husband rear ended another vehicle. They provided multiple text updates of the status of our car, along with a website to show you the status. It was ready to pick up within a week of dropping off and to top it all off, my husband received a call about 6 weeks later from them saying we won the raffle gift card they had going on. And of course, my Acura was in perfect condition upon pick up. The ladies in the front were some of the kindest people I've ever come across in the business. We are so pleased with our experience with them and could not recommend them more. They have gained a forever customer.
