    LOST MY BUSINESS. Clerk, Seth, at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. His disrespectful attitude towards my family and me displayed how he didn’t value his choice of work. Also, the car selection was minimal at this location. I will travel 15 miles to the nearest store in Houma for my business. The Houma store clerk was understanding, cooperative, and professional. The Houma store has earned my trust and future business. In response to Lynette, Thibodaux Enterprise lost a customer. I will spread the word to family, friends, and online about the unprofessional conduct of the sales clerk. Looking into other reviews, other families were treated poorly by Seth. He is a problem for your business. You will continue to lose customers because of him.

    Seth at Enterprise was both professional. He explained everything & answered all my questions. He was courteous & made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle & contract. I would recommend Thibodaux’s Enterprise highly. Thank you Seth very much.

    Completely lost my business. Never having cars available even when promised over the phone that one is available at a location. I was told exact VIN number of the car was available and it was ready same day pickup and I drove over an hour to get nothing
