  Highly recommend National Tire & Battery! Long story short, I popped one tire on my car and two teenagers were helpful to put the spare on. Here it is two days later and I have low pressure in a second tire. I was concerned because I already had the spare tire on my car and would be stuck if it were a “nail in the tire” situation. Also, it will be a couple of days before I can have the new tire put on because it’s a special order. So, for my peace of mind, I stopped at National Tire and Battery to get my tire’s pressure checked and to make sure the lug nuts were secured enough on the spare for travel. Although they were extremely busy, Jorel came out and properly leveled the pressure in all my tires and tightened the lug nuts on the spare (that were a bit loose). When he was done, I asked what I owed, and he said nothing. This is above and beyond kindness when he had a busy scheduled day ahead of him, he took the time out to give me peace of mind that I am very grateful for! THANKS JOREL!

  I am truly disappointed in the service rendered by NTB at this location. I went there for tire replacement having found a slow leak in one of the tires. The staff at NTB said they thought that the tire would need only a patch but that I also needed a tire rotation or alignment. This was done but the very next day, the tire had gone completely flat. I returned with the car and now they told me I needed to have the tire replaced. They put a new tire on but I noted also that whereas I had never had an indicator light come on before, an indicator light kept coming on as I was driving it. Eventually, I wound up having to take the car in to the dealer and they then informed me that the wrong sized tire had been used by NTB. That meant I needed another new tire put on. NTB had charged me close to $200 for the tire and here I was out of another near $200. I think there was indifference to and lack of consideration for the customer on the part of NTB, whose staff ignored or did not know about needing to guarantee that the right tire size be used for the car; they did not care whether the car would subsequently drive smoothly or well or if the job was done right. They were quick to think up additional jobs that “needed” to be done in order to charge the customer more and, in my mind, could care less about giving the customer high-quality service and honesty. I feel cheated out of $200. I won’t recommend them or use them again!
