The receipt shows her name as Tori M. There were ample parking lot spaces. The store was clean inside, well organized, and spacious. A young woman (Tori M?) walked up to a customer service station and proactively asked if she could help me. She was very articulate/well spoken, fast on the uptake/intelligent, helpful, knowledgeable about the items I wanted, and genuinely pleasant/nice. She walked me to the area of interest, discussed the options & their differences to help me choose which option was what I wanted. If I were an AAP supervisor, I would want my employees to have her commitment, work ethic, abilities, and interpersonal skill like this young woman. The prices were good & checkout at the register was quick. Thank you!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
