  Mike Willis has clearly built something special. You can see the level of talent and care he’s developed across the entire team. Seth, the manager, stands out in a big way—he makes every customer and employee feel valued and important. That kind of culture doesn’t happen by accident. I drove in from Houston, and it was absolutely worth it. The way they take care of people is on another level. Special shoutout to Frankie and Cody for making my transaction completely seamless. What really stood out to me is this—most times you walk into a dealership and feel like they got the better end of the deal. Here, I walked away feeling like I won. That’s a rare experience. Appreciate you all for the professionalism, transparency, and the way you do business. I’ll definitely be back.

  I had a great buying experience at Mike Willis Ford! Everyone was friendly and my salesman, Cody Rolfe, was very knowledgeable about the trucks I was looking at. There was no high pressure sales tactics; just straight forward, transparent pricing. I got a great deal!

  These guys will do anything to get you to buy a vehicle. Including lying. And then I found the vehicle on the Carvana. No wonder they didn't have it on the lot. The were shipping it. Once I went to go look at it, it had more miles on it than mentioned and I was told it had leather. I maybe a woman but I know when im being screwed. Called my husband and he picked me up. The following week I am driving a 2025 Outrr Banks with every thing I wanted 8 miles and almost 3 grand cheaper. From Gullo Ford in Conroe. Go there!! DO NOT BIY FORM THESE GUYS! LIAR, LIAR

  Had the best experience purchasing our Subaru Ascent from Mike Willis Ford. Kendra was truly a wonderful lady to work with- very kind and accommodating. She even came in on her day off to help us! Hunter also made this experience easy and worry free. We came from Pensacola and purchased here and would gladly recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from them even if you had to drive a ways!

  Called to have the rear end or axles checked due to noise and while their have the oil and maintenance done because I was going out of town pulling a trailer and did not want to break down. They called said driver was returning with truck. I asked if they found anything with the noise. They said for the second time that they didn't see anything wrong. Trust me there is something wrong and don't have any confidence in the service team. I will be bringing it to another Ford dealer to evaluate.
