  Very unprofessional experience They damage my car cloth inside And windshield installation was very poor had to bring it back again for fix it And initially when I had appointment they took for ever too finish although it was scheduled for two hours and I dropped the car night before

  DO NOT USE this location! I had a very disappointing experience with Safelite. I prepaid for a windshield replacement and was given a date and time for mobile service. I waited 5 hours! — but they never called, never showed up, and didn’t notify me of any delays or issues. I finally had to drive to the location myself just to find out what was going on. I then waited another 30 minutes before they processed my refund, and no one ever apologized for the inconvenience. I expected a much more professional experience, especially after paying in advance.

  First of all they advertise they will come to you but in reality do not.The website and fb site both say open till 5 but they closed at 4. Took off work to take my car in on a Friday . Picked it up at 4 only to realize they screwed up the cars gps. Was told they had calibrated it but did not. Tried to call but they closed. Called Monday they said wud come to my house and fix the next day. Left car there taking another vehicle out of town to work ( costing me gas money as I do not pay gas with Tesla) only to get a call the next day they won’t come to my house to fix it. I did not want to to take another day off work to take it to sulphur. I found a place in the town I work and they fixed what sulphur screwed up. Very unprofessional and inefficient

  They were able to replace my windshield next day. The Staff was excellent and extremely helpful.

  They changed my front glass and I was very happy with their service so I bought another vehicle that needed a door glass worked on. These guys were quick and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with their service service I received.
