  I couldn’t be happier with the experience at Mike Willis. I came in with a tight budget and they managed to get me in the truck that exceeded both my needs and wants while making the numbers work for me. From Amber to Hunter and Marcos, the entire process felt like they wanted to earn my business and not just shove me out the door with whatever they made them the most money. I could go on and on but I’ll just leave it at the only reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because I can’t leave 6. If you’re in the market, give them a chance.

  I recently had routine maintenance performed on my 2022 F250. The staff at Mike Willis Ford provided a great experience. It was easy to make an appointment, and the work was completed at a very reasonable cost and time. My Quick Lane Advisor, Katelyn, was so kind and professional. Although Mike Willis recently acquired a dealership closer to me in Orange, TX, I will still use the Sulphur, LA, location due to the great service there.

  From our first contact with Amber to finishing up Mackey in financing, experience was awesome. Even the normal bad guy at a car dealership, the sales manager, was very friendly and personable. No high pressure, nothing but friendliness and going extra mile to please us. Went in with 3 trucks in mind, we test drove and decided no on all. Amber spent lots of time with us, we asked her about trucks available and as we talked I realized I had seen what I really wanted on a third party website. Once realized it was at the same dealership, we started working on a deal. All of the above mentioned worked with us to get to a bottom line that made everybody happy we moved forward. Other staff personnel were always asking if we needed anything and helped Amber. By far, BEST car dealership experience ever encountered. Thanks to all personnel for this experience.

  This week I purchased a Jeep Gladiator from Mike Willis Ford. This was my second vehicle from Mike Willis and my experience was great on both purchases. The sales team was great to deal with from the start. There was never any pressure and they met my price without a lot of back and forth negotiations. My salesman was Brandon Comeaux and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. I would not have a problem purchasing another vehicle from Mike Willis Ford.

  The only thing positive I had with Mike rose Ford was Amber. My salesperson and the general manager. I'm a disabled combat veteran and I need modifications for my vehicle.So that I can drive it. That was the worst experience ever. I was frustrated with the staff members including some managers when I was transferring my stuff from my vehicle that I traded, into the new vehicle. The only person that was willing to help was our salesperson Amber. But nobody else was willing to give me a lending hand until the end. After I already got done struggling to get my personal belongings transferred over. I'm wheelchair-bound, and it's pretty sad that people were just sitting there and watching, you struggle. The other problem about this dealership, they don't have handicap parking. I was parked next to the front Door and they got upset with me parking there. This place has no respect for disabled combat veterans. This will be the last time I ever work with this dealership.
