    Anna is great! I would give her 5 stars just for herself. The rest of your workers could use a long lesson in customer service. The service tech wasn’t professional at all. The other workers inside were cold. I didn’t enjoy my experience. We pay for service. I don’t like paying for less than professional service. I question if I will go back

    Joshua with the service department gave me a call he had my parts in for my Expedition. He had availability to get my vehicle in that day and get the parts installed! Thank you Joshua for a pleasant visit! Also, a shout out to John and Julia for taking care of me that day also! I’m very appreciative of the help I received!

    I can’t say enough about this dealership! I have it made actually because I work not even a mile down the road they come pick up my car. Bring my car to the shop. Do my oil change. Do my tires bring it back to me before I get off of work. It is so easy and nice and the guys that come are always so friendly.

    They were very busy....once my car went back for 4 new tires and an oil change it too around 2 hrs then they said it was done I found they had not reset the tires to the program to read tire pressure nor replaced the old oil change sticker with a new one so I had to go back in and wait for someone to do that.

    *****updating just to say after 3 weeks of this post. there has been zero response from Mike Willis Ford.i just need to know what I can do since the company that holds that dent and ding policy said the dealership needs to reach out to them and I can’t seem to get that done. I just want to get my little dent fixed, this is what that extra policy was intended for. I bought a Ford Explorer and bought the windshield, dent and ding (or whatever it is called) so this past summer (not sure when because it is very low on passenger side) it looks like a vehicle parked next to me possibly opened their door and dented my car. I didn’t see it immediately but tried to make a claim when I did see it. Because I wasn’t sure about the date, my claim was denied. The lady told me to have the dealership call and dispute this. She said it has to be filed within 30 days (the initial claim) since I wasn’t sure about the date, it was denied. So I took it to the dealership and left them the paperwork that I had and I was assured they would take care of it. Also FYI nobody there, even the guys selling this package knew you only had 30 days to file a claim. So it has not been taken care of. Nobody even tried to help me. What do they care? They already got my money. So just a little info: Don’t buy that dent and ding insurance they try to sell you. It isn’t worth the paper it is written on, especially when no one at the dealership will even follow through. So needless to say I learned a hard lesson and STILL have a dent in my car. Thanks for NOTHING Mike Willis Ford. You lost a customer here.
