A super great experience at Mike Willis Ford. Our salesperson Kendra Langley was top level! Very kind and informative. No high pressure. She was extremely knowledgeable about the used SUV we were interested in purchasing and it wasn't even a Ford product. She also stayed late to complete our purchase and took the time to sit in the SUV with us and went over every button and switch. She also helped us load Apple play and gave us a few quick tech lessons. Frankie the finance man was also helpful. Quick and easy process. We highly recommend this dealership. From Kountze, TX

I bought a new F150 Platinum truck, on the zero percent promotion. My salesperson was Amber, and she was awesome! No pressure, showed us the trucks and my wife and I made our decision. John Hoffpauir was amazing also.

Output speed sensor went out on my 2014 Ford 150 Monday. This sensor is part of the lead frame of my transmission. Mrs. Yuvonna got me in the next day and was able to diagnose issue and get parts ordered fast even being a holiday week. She walked me through every step of the way and kept me updated throughout the week. Highly recommend

Anna is great! I would give her 5 stars just for herself. The rest of your workers could use a long lesson in customer service. The service tech wasn’t professional at all. The other workers inside were cold. I didn’t enjoy my experience. We pay for service. I don’t like paying for less than professional service. I question if I will go back

*****updating just to say after 3 weeks of this post. there has been zero response from Mike Willis Ford.i just need to know what I can do since the company that holds that dent and ding policy said the dealership needs to reach out to them and I can’t seem to get that done. I just want to get my little dent fixed, this is what that extra policy was intended for.
I bought a Ford Explorer and bought the windshield, dent and ding (or whatever it is called) so this past summer (not sure when because it is very low on passenger side) it looks like a vehicle parked next to me possibly opened their door and dented my car. I didn’t see it immediately but tried to make a claim when I did see it. Because I wasn’t sure about the date, my claim was denied. The lady told me to have the dealership call and dispute this. She said it has to be filed within 30 days (the initial claim) since I wasn’t sure about the date, it was denied. So I took it to the dealership and left them the paperwork that I had and I was assured they would take care of it. Also FYI nobody there, even the guys selling this package knew you only had 30 days to file a claim. So it has not been taken care of. Nobody even tried to help me. What do they care? They already got my money. So just a little info: Don’t buy that dent and ding insurance they try to sell you. It isn’t worth the paper it is written on, especially when no one at the dealership will even follow through. So needless to say I learned a hard lesson and STILL have a dent in my car. Thanks for NOTHING Mike Willis Ford. You lost a customer here.
