  Fast, friendly, Joshua and Andrew were good at getting everything done in a timely manner as well as exploring everything through and through. I wasn’t expecting to do an oil change, yet definitely a good while visiting.

  Came in and told them my limit was 400. Gave me way more then DISCOUNTED IT to that limits very sweet and also reviewed everything with me before making changes. AMAZING service worth returning for. Joshua was a lot of help!

  I needed an oil change and usually go to Walmart, but this time they couldn’t do it because my oil drain plug was rounded off. They didn’t have the equipment or replacement plugs, so they didn’t want to attempt it. I then tried a local mechanic shop, but they were backed up with only two techs and a line of cars ahead of me. After that, I went to Goodyear about an hour before closing. The tech initially said he had time, but later explained the drain plug was too rounded and he didn’t want to risk an oil mess so close to closing. He told me to come back earlier the next day. At this point, I felt like I was jumping through hoops just to get a simple oil change. I texted my husband, and he suggested I try Jiffy Lube. I honestly didn’t think they’d have time since it was about an hour before closing, but I decided to give it a shot. I went to the Jiffy Lube on Gause and explained everything to Austin. I told him it was my first time here and asked if the drain plug would be an issue. He confidently said no. I also asked if they had replacement plugs (since Walmart didn’t), and he said yes. Sure enough, they handled everything. Austin was able to remove the damaged plug, and Andrew even showed it to me and explained that it was being replaced. They completed the oil change along with the other checks quickly and professionally. I was honestly so relieved. Both Austin and Andrew were very kind, even holding the door for me and making the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. After everything I went through, I can confidently say I’ll only be getting my oil changes at Jiffy Lube from now on. :)
