- MLmarvin levyNov 15, 20252.0My tech was and service was fine but I truly feel like I was tricked into a bill my wife and I went thru our insurance company who said we had to pay 0 and after the tech finished the job I was hit with a 500 dollar bill if I wouldve known I had to pay for anything I wouldve dealt with a small local business and save me some money they took that option away from me and that just made me upset my tech was great he did his job and was nice kind and friendly but see that lil smart mouth chic that calls to collect man she the one that was making me feel bullied and then I felt she got mad and sent my bill to collections when I just needed a moment to get in contact with my insurance company who said they were gonna have a agent call me back but took 3 days so thats my experience Im not trying to give people a hard time but honestly I feel tricked into this service that my auto insurance said I had to have and that the service was gonna be done for free! BS
