I was charged full price for the same coffee, got zero holiday greeting, not even a basic smile. If you’re going to play favorites, at least try to be subtle. This wasn’t an oversight — it was blatant and uncomfortable. Nothing says “holiday spirit” like making a customer feel singled out and unwelcome over a cup of coffee. Racetrack might sell convenience, but courtesy clearly isn’t guaranteed. Won’t be back.
