- JDJavon DanielsFeb 17, 20261.0Last night I was just getting off of work my gas was low I stop by RaceTrac on hwy 11 in Slidell Louisiana the door was locked so it was a gentleman at the window he was getting some cigarettes and me and him was talking I said I don’t know why the doors locked they have 2 people inside she come back on the microphone I about to go home he going to be by himself I said okay so it my turn for the window I pushed the button she did not answer so I pushed it again she did not answered but she just looked at me so I pushed it again she answered I ask can I put 12 dollars on pump 11 she like what I ask again can I put 12 dollars on pump 11 she said what again I said can you hear me now can I put 12 dollars on pump 11 she said say like that again I will not serve you I told her you do not have to serve me can I get your name I’m going to corporate she did not give me her name so I went to a different gas station but on the way I run out of gas I had to call a tow Truck he towed me to a different gas station I did not get home till 3:00 am because she had a bad day at work she wanted to take it out on somebody and she did I will not be going back to RaceTrac and I always go Racetrac to get my gas and drinks

I was charged full price for the same coffee, got zero holiday greeting, not even a basic smile. If you’re going to play favorites, at least try to be subtle. This wasn’t an oversight — it was blatant and uncomfortable. Nothing says “holiday spirit” like making a customer feel singled out and unwelcome over a cup of coffee. Racetrack might sell convenience, but courtesy clearly isn’t guaranteed. Won’t be back.
