    I came here yesterday after my car started making an awful noise. I came in freaking out as I’ve never had any support to help me with car troubles. I was crying, frantic and worried of damaging my car, as it is my only vehicle and I desperately need it to work in order to take care of me and my family. The idea of suddenly losing my car was frightening. I brought it to Torres, as he manages the only shop I can trust. He was not only patient, but reassuring, I felt I could trust his judgment and the fact that he was confident in taking care of my car was exactly what I needed. He took care of it with full care and expertise, turning what felt like a disaster into a simple solution. He also worked with me on pricing, as I don’t have much to give, he helped me come up with a solution to get the job done with what I had. People don’t give this shop enough credit, I have been coming here for a few years but the more I rely on this shop during crucial moments the more I trust in them to take excellent care of my precious baby. I can’t speak on the behalf of the other shops of this company, but this one can’t be replicated. Thanks Torres 😘

    My experience at Mavis tires on Gause was beyond my expectations. The facility was clean the staff was friendly, especially Felix. As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcomed. He provided excellent customer service and let me know exactly what needed to be done to my vehicle. I didn’t feel the pressure to over purchase any other services. I even found out the store manager and I have the same last name! Thank you again Felix for taking care of my vehicles needs. It was in need of some major TLC.

    I can in just ran over a nail I called at 5:59pm and Torres the manager was willing to squeeze me to help me out couldn’t be more appreciative great customer service at the Slidell Location

    This is the first time I have had service done at Mavis and I definitely recommend them to anyone. They were extremely professional and top notch service and quick.
