He thought I was some dumb girl showing up with my car to get it serviced, and spoke to me as such. He at one point said “sweetheart, do you even know what this is for?” in reference to my cabin filter, to which I responded “it’s for my air conditioner” and he went “WOW, honey! Look at you, good job knowing what that is!” DOUBT this guy would have drilled my husband on car parts if he had been with me. I’ve taken care of my own car maintenance my entire driving life, and this guy was annoyed I wasn’t buying his upsells for my NEW car— literally, this was my car’s first oil change since buying it from the dealership. Never going to this Jiffy Lube again— Take 5 Oil, here I come!

I cut my losses for a long time until today when I had to get new tires: $246.46 additional charge as they had to cut the wheel locks (and order more) due to my Wheel lock key being taken by this location. I don't think it was intentional, but I would have loved to have worked something out.
