I brought my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe in for the driver side door lock was broken. Now 3 things are newly broken after they fixed the one lock. They did fix it for a fair price to begin with but now?? Still
broken items. They said the molding was broken and my window had to be Taped up, and they had to order a part. Part came in and they wanted to charge me I said everything was fine when I came in. i ended having to pay half of something I didn't break. Next the electric lock on my back hatch lock will not come off. Now I can't open the back hatch. Note all my door and windows controls had to be removed to fix the door lock. They wanted to charge me $500.00 Again it was working great when I took it in but now broke. Next the Door look on the Driver side door Now NO LONGER works with my keys or the electric locks button. AGAIN ALL THIS RELATED TO TAKING THE DOOR AND JUST REPLACING A LOCK.
ALL THE ELECTRIC WAS WORKING. Now DRIVER SIDE DOOR LOCK DOESN'T WORK, WHICH AFFECTS MY ALARM, PUTTING MY KEY IN DOESN'T OPEN THE DOOR OR TAKE OFF THE ALARM AND THE BACK HATCH DOESN'T WORK. ALL TO FIX THE DOOR LOCK.
