- SWShelby Weicks4 days ago1.0Picked up my rental car after being in a not at fault accident, my card was taken and was told $50 was on hold and when the car was returned I’d get the $50 back, that’s fine. I get home my card was charged another $98. Nobody told me about that, anybody would remember somebody saying they’re going to charge your card almost $100. I called and apparently I bought the protection plan for 7/9-7/11. Nobody explained any details to me, fine I blew it off. I return the car and my card was charged another $112. When I called again they explained I never called to cancel the protection. I explained nobody told me anything about this. All I got was apologies and I signed a contract. I called to speak with a manager to which got me no where other than passive aggressiveness, asked if I was accusing employees of being deceitful. I explained again that nobody explained anything other than the $50 deposit. He said he would check cameras and talk to the employee and would call me back. That was 3 days ago, and looking at the reviews I can see I’m not the only one. Be super careful renting from this place and check your bank statements for random charges from this place.

I spoke to a manager who had a belittling tone as they tried to explain why they charged my car for an extra day. I would not recommend this location for your rental car services.
