  Was low on brake fluid and these guys took care of me! I wasn't sure what type I needed so I attempted to search on my phone but not one minute later they offered assistance. I was in and out in under 5 mins! 💪⭐💪⭐💪⭐💪⭐💪⭐💪⭐💪⭐💪⭐ Special thanks to 👉Mr Jake👈 for taking the time to come out and put it in my car! He was so polite and helpful! Careful not to get any dust or dirt in the reservoir and not to add too much! He also taught me something new! I learned that brake fluid is only good for up to six months after it's opened. I can't believe I never knew this!!!! Thanks again, Jake and crew! Y'all are awesome! I truly appreciate the 5 star customer service!

  Jake (glasses might have name wrong 🤦🏻‍♀️) & Trey were complete life savers. They tag teamed well to get me taken care of in the most efficient & best way possible. I got a full print out and email of my diagnostic scan and they saved me big bucks in a handful of minutes. Will definitely be back to purchase what I need for the project and future car maintenance needs.

  I do come to this autozone quite often for any thing car related, I’ve never had an issue but I did want to take a moment bro highlight the negative experience I had on today, when I walked into the store there was a man who looked familiar i immediately remembered where I knew him from, I was having an issue with my car and he told me at his paint shop they also had a mechanic so I paid money to have my car towed there and he ignored me for an entire update only to contact me the next day with no update! I had to pay to get it towed again. This same man was behind the counter, utilizing the computer and imposing as an employee, he appeared to have an attitude towards me bc he showed me something for $136 mind you I only came in for brake lights, I politely asked him does he work here and he said he did not! It was extremely unprofessional that he was behind the counter, and not being the kindest to customers, he proceeded to laugh as I said things, I paid for my things and quickly left the store. The staff member who ended up helping me Nicki was super nice! This happened 10/13 around 2:30 pm

  I've had to rely on phone support these past two days due to car trouble, and I'm consistently impressed with the service. Today, Trevon was exceptionally helpful. He patiently answered all my questions—even the ones I thought were a bit silly—and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of AutoZone's website. He guided me through it as if I were shopping in the store. Huge thanks to Trevon for his outstanding assistance! I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me yesterday, but overall, this AutoZone store is full of friendly and helpful staff. I'm so glad to have them in the neighborhood!"
