I went to Auto Zone located at 152 Gause Boulevard, Slidell, Louisiana, and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Trevor. He greeted me with a very pleasant attitude as he proceeded to ask me what was going on with my car. After I told him that my "Check Engine" light was on since late Sunday afternoon, he said, "Let's see what's going on, where is your car? We went to my car, I gave him my car keys, and he tested to find out what might be the problem. We then went back into the establishment, ran a copy of what was probably going on, and from there, the part that made him so outstanding, was when I wasn't clear about what he was explaining, I asked if I could get my 47-year son on my cellphone, so he could explain a man-to-man conversation regarding what are possible reasons as to what is going on with the engine light situation. I told them I needed a battery for my key fob one asked what size battery I said I didn’t know I can look it up. The other said something to the boy who asked me a question and he replied she’s looking it up they continued talking. I really didn’t know what I was looking for so I asked was there someone else there that could help he asked his coworker for a screw driver in that time I called my parents they said they never experienced that going to this same exact auto zone. It was obvious they didn’t want to help Horrible customer service.
