I told them I needed a battery for my key fob one asked what size battery I said I didn’t know I can look it up. The other said something to the boy who asked me a question and he replied she’s looking it up they continued talking. I really didn’t know what I was looking for so I asked was there someone else there that could help he asked his coworker for a screw driver in that time I called my parents they said they never experienced that going to this same exact auto zone. It was obvious they didn’t want to help Horrible customer service.

My neighbor gave me jump and I stopped at closes Auto parts near me, which happened to be the best of the best. Chris greeted me at the door came outside tested my battery first which was bad. He also then changed it out after I purchased one. Then even proceeded to test my whole system for the piece of mind of myself. Thank you Chris K
