  Had an issue with my alternator, got stranded on my way to work. Went to exchange it under warranty, there was an issue with the exchange that ultimately required me to purchase ANOTHER alternator for my vehicle. I called corporate to make a complaint. The forwarded my accusation to who I assume was the regional manager. We had an excellent discussion on how we can get the issue solved. He walked me through each step and gave exceptional advice on how I should approach the situation correctly. All that to say, I was issued my refund for the alternator. The employees at the Slidell location were incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. Will continue being a primary customer.

  Got there right after they opened. The manager checked my battery and changed it in a flash! Great customer service!
