They made the entire process feel smooth, quick, and stress-free. I really appreciated how easy they made everything—definitely a team that knows what they’re doing!

  Was told could provide service. Waited to be checked in. CHECKED IN AND LEFT. CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT PROVIDED SERVICE. MIND YOU I WALK TO MY JOB FROM THERE AND HAD TO WALK BACK WHICH CAUSED ME TO EXTREMELY LATE FOR WORK.

  This station was always my best but this time I Wasn’t happy with the service this time to many employees standing around doing nothing was the only one in the pit and two other cars came well after me and left before I did and when I asked three employees why wasn’t I done and what I was waiting on nobody can tell me anything

  I've been to both this one and the one off Kingston and Bert Kouns since my mechanic had passed a few years back and EVERY TIME they've been atrocious. Overall, not a single time do I go there and you guys don't pressure me into buying something more (after I specifically say, I'm JUST trying to get my oil changed cause I have to bounce) to the point they take out my air filters, EVERY TIME, check my other fluids, that I don't them messing with and attempting to tell me my battery is okay..like I KNOW THESE THINGS BEFORE DRIVING IN THERE~ Kingston location - changed my filter inside the car - before I cross country travel - 20 miles down the road and it starts making an awful noise and I have to get out at midnight to adjust it. First time on Mansfield, they didn't even bolt down all my screws back to my bottom cover and it was hanging, causing backdraft for 12 hours, just to have my buddy jump down there and tie in some more screws to tighten it up. Second time, I literally had a 20 minute window to get on the road for a meeting down south, why did I have to stay there for a solid 50 minutes, with no apology, no excuse, no anything. Just "alright, you're good"...like what?!? After you guys don't have an inspection sticker for me.. Third time around - you guys take 20 minutes again, you literally take 5 minutes to walk me thru all the services you offer, like I can't check-out before I hear your timeshare pitch BUT YOU DON"T OFFER UP getting my inspection sticker? Duh. What really is grinding me right now...is I JUST had my oil done, say again "JUST MY OIL" they pull out everything, test my battery and say it's working...and now, two days later, on EASTER, I'm having to jump my car in my church attire. My battery had been working fine for the last 6 months without a hitch and the moment your barbarians start testing my car and now it doesn't want to start? Like how does that make sense? I've now had to jump my car 3 times after the fact and I've NEVER had that problem and it's a semi new battery... Nevertheless, I'm super chill when I go in there, I'm not a jerk about it, I get the job isn't always easy, I tip them at least $5-10 EVERY TIME I go in there, even when I know I shouldn't and they STILL don't provide quality service. They're not worth it. I'm going to start looking for a personal mechanic again cause franchises are just straight pathetic now a days. You guys shouldn't even be allowed to pump someone's gas, let alone work on my Bullet~

  I was coming from out of town and needed an oil change. Oh boy I should’ve kept going. The guy that was under the hood told me to start my car up after the oil change then my car would barely start so he stated cut it off. I proceeded to do that he did something under the hood then told me to start back up. When I started back up it was sounding horrible I just brought this vehicle drove it for a month with no problems. I drove off I wasn’t gone 2 minutes and lights and signals started to show up on my car. It was sending off signals and alerts so my car slows down wouldn’t drive over 30 mph. I drove back up there and all the guys come to my car. Blaming me which I except that… so the mechanic tall black guy with dreads put the check engine light on the car. It read P0101 code for a fuel pressure sensor crazy because i didn’t have a check engine light on before. So he caught an attitude and told me to call a mechanic they can’t do nothing. I drove off highly pissed because i just paid for this suv and drove 2 hrs from Dallas. Just to get messed over by untrained and unqualified mechanics. I will be making a report through the courts because someone needs to pay for it.
