  I won't know if there is a leak until or rains or has met the wait period for a car wash. But i can say that when you tell me you will vacuum up ask the glass and it isn't done, then that is a big zero stars in my book. Still glass under the seats, on the floor mats, under the floor mattress AND if you used a vacuum, then why isn't the carpet cleaner than this. I shook the matts off onto the parking lot before leaving, brushed the glass off my running board, and picked up what I could see on the carpet. When I get home, it will for real get vacuumed, not just say I did.

  We won't be using safelite again. We have a couple of times in the past, but our most recent repair didn't go well. We had a small chip that wasn't even a "star". The technician made it worse, turning it into a star when he attempted to repair it, then didn't properly fill it. It was plain as day by looking at it that the repair was not done properly. I even mentioned this to him while he was here, and he assured me that it was fixed correctly. Right at a week later, it spread so bad that we needed a new $700 windshield. I've made 4 phone calls to safelite over the last 2 weeks, and have been assured that supervisors and quality control managers would be contacting me....but nobody has. Today, the crack has gotten so bad that we finally had to just go and replace the windshield. Safelite may not have put the rock on the road, but they did destroy our windshield through the incompetence and negligence of their repair technician; and made it clear how little they care about their customers with their inability to return a call or make the situation right.

  The technician I had was amazing. He was very friendly and done an amazing job... If I ever need a new windshield, or any windows, or even a crack this will be the people I use..

  Safelite was wonderful. Unfortunately due to being self employed my schedule changed but due to their wonderful app I was easily able to reschedule. They came to my home, performed the necessary repair at my convenience in a timely manner. Their prompt attention prevented the crack from expanding which prevented the costly replacement of a $3000 windshield on my Lexus ES 350 at no cost to me! Thank you Safelite. I encourage anyone to use their services. They were so friendly & their services were so easy to use.
