We were given the run around every time we came to check on our vehicle. Oh, come back Thursday, come back Tuesday, give us until the end of next week, etc. There was always a different excuse and the guy would never look us in the eye. I’m here the day before my wedding, sitting in my SUV that is below the “E” and has a dead battery. “It started fine this morning”, they said....”maybe it’s your starter”, or maybe it’s because we had to leave the doors open and it drained your battery”. They had no sympathy. They were just ready for the check. We will NEVER under any circumstance do business with Raney’s again!
