    This was the most pleasant experience of a car rental I have ever experienced! The entire process at the Shreveport airport was seamless, friendly and the customer service was exceptional! I cannot say enough wonderful superlative things about this team!

    I've rented several times at this location and I've always had great service. However, today I received exceptional service from two members of the team. Lia Hines greeted us with a warm welcome. We needed to upgrade and she got to work. Matthew Godwin, the manager, stepped in and showed me what they had in inventory. They had what we needed and he got the car ready. In 5 minutes we were ready to roll. Matthew and Lia were both exceptional in handling our situation. They have just created a loyal customer. 5 stars. Exceptional service. I would highly recommend.

    A WEEKNED OF HELL Unfortunately I can’t write a review without no stars. It would be negative stars if I could. On my way home from Texas the car I rented from enterprise broke down. I had to creep to a hotel. I had a car full of kids &I was the only adult in the vehicle. I called enterprise to get a new car & told the agent that I’m unable to ride with the tow driver because I have young kids & can’t leave them in the hotel by alone. She said ok & about an hour later Tow Truck A picked up the disabled car & dropped it at Nationals, 1.5 hours in the opposite direction I was going. I waited in the hotel for the call that the new car was downstairs. WHERE IT WENT WRONG I get a call from Tow Truck Company B saying that the Nationals would not release the new car to him. When I asked why he said it was because I was not there in person. I told him that I was unable to ride there because I had kids with me & that they put it in the notes. The tow truck driver said “I’m sorry they won’t release it to me, she’s being really rude & she got issues” I call enterprise to fix the issue & I was told “the ticket was submitted wrong, we’ll send you an Uber to the airport” All I could do was cry. ISSUE WITH NATIONAL RENTAL EMPLOYEE When I got to the airport I approached the enterprise desk. No one was there. A sign said to go to Nationals if I need help. I went there & before I even started talking she gave the “Unprofessional” vibe. No decorum, self-control, empathy, or class. As a customer, I shouldn’t know your plans for after work, what you’re going to wear, who you are going with & when you will get off. I stood there for almost a minute & she kept talking to her coworker who was trying to leave. Once her friend left she looked at me & said “Yes” I explained the situation to her about the tow truck driver not getting the keys & she said “Yea that was me” I asked her why she didn’t give the keys to the driver & the story changed from me having to be there to she didn’t get the key from the disabled car that was picked up. I called the tow truck driver A & he said he put it in the drop box. She said “I’ve been here since 2 & ain’t nobody give me no key” From 2-9pm you were at the desk & didn’t move from this spot, not to use the bathroom, grab food, help someone, go to the back, nothing? I ask her to check the box & She goes to open it & SHE DOESNT HAVE THE KEY TO OPEN THE DROP BOX. She says “yea I don’t know that the key is here you not bout to have 2 cars out under my name” I asked her to call her supervisor & she calls 2 times “no answer” I call enterprise & tell them what’s going on & how she was acting & she calls another number. ALL OF A SUDDEN she gets her boss on the line. Her boss tells her “yea I got an email about it, confirm her last name & give her the key.” The boss spelled my name out correctly, so he knew I was supposed to get the car. SHE STILL WAS HAVING AN ISSUE GIVING ME THE KEY. “Well I don’t have the key…” if your boss tells you he knows about the situation SHUT UP & DO AS YOUR TOLD. STOP ARGUING ABOVE YOUR PAY GRADE. As she’s doing this my daughter asks what’s your name? She tells her “Arianna”. My daughter says “that’s like my name” She gives me the key -FINALLY- & I walk out the door. Distraught, tired, disappointed, & appalled from the experience I had with this horrible employee. I come back & ask her what her name is one more time & she says “Dynasty”. I give her a look &reminded her of the conversation with my daughter about what her name was. She says “OH YEA YEA I have 2 names I just use one or the other sometimes” so not only is she unprofessional & difficult to work with… she’s a liar too. How do I know she didn’t lie about anything else during my experience with her!? I don’t know if this type of demeanor is the norm for Nationals Employees but I’m hoping that I just encountered one rotten, sour apple out of the bunch. Maybe some Customer Service Classes could be given in the near future.

    As en executive elite member I rarely stop at the counter but this time had no other choice at tiny Shreveport Regional. The National agent at the counter was terrific.

    When I arrived at Shreveport it was late at night and somehow my car reservation was messed up. The staff was absolutely amazing and they got me into the vehicle within 15 minutes
