  Zi and cre are absolutely amazing at they're job. Service was amazing! They are inviting and informative. So welcoming this is why I keep coming back. Service so good she even offered me a bite of her taco!!

  Phenomenon staff and quick service. All employees and front of house staff were polite and respectful, the back of house mechanics were quick and professional. Special shoutout to Zi at the front for her help!

  This review is for a visit on March 4, 2026. I took my Nissan Rouge for what I thought would be just a "Road Check" air up my tires and check my fluid levels and I would be on my way. Geary, my Service Provider, showed me how the front two 2 yr old expensive Bridgestone tires were worn down and not even round any more and needed to be replaced before safely traveling anywhere. I was not very happy with a different Mavis location that I purchased the tires from as I felt that all 4 Bridgestone (I'm retired and don't drive much) tires should have lasted longer than 2 years and there was no guarantee on them. Geary worked as much magic as he could and found two good tires at a really good price and got me up and running so I could go out of town the next day. I really appreciate how much time Geary spent explaining the problem with the tires and then fixing a problem someone else at a different location created, and that he really cared about getting me out on the road to travel 9 hours the next day with two matching tires. That is good service. I will continue to go to this Mavis location on Mansfield Road. In fact, I'm due for another Road Check soon. Thank you Geary and Mavis!
