  Due to no fault of their own, they weren't able to get my car fixed immediately, but Jackson and other staff members went above and beyond to get to the source of my problem fixed so I'm able to get it fixed

  We had a tire going flat while on a cross country trip. We pulled into Mavis Tire, meeting Terry Moore. He took excellent care of us and very timely. He found a matching tire in the city, had it “flown in on his private jet” to get it installed efficiently. We were on the road after making great, new friends.

  Okay let’s start off with I had a bad experience with the guy named Darrien in the front I had to drop my Honda CRV and they were waiting on parts and it was delayed so I called back the next day to ask to see if the parts I got there the guy was already very rude on the phone tried to rush me off wouldn’t tell me anything then I called to check on it a couple times he still got an attitude and then I called back and was told that the car would be ready in about 20 minutes to go ahead and head this way while I started heading this way he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about what was done or anything like that got up to the register he was rude first of all with me and my grandmother and you know I tried to ask him what the price of the tires was on the phone he would not quote me anything just said it’s $300 got to the store. He still didn’t explain it to me. Didn’t tell me that I needed all four tires on my car just told me I just need a front two Tires so I only replaced two then he failed to tell me that I needed it done as soon as possible. He said oh well you can wait. I asked him to change the name on the account so that it’d be under my name instead of my father-in-law‘s name because I bought the vehicle from them. He said oh it has to go through corporate. He didn’t do it when I said something so it wasn’t changed on top of everything else the prices my grandma asked him nicely if she could get a military discount oh, I gave you a better discount than that so you don’t need that I mean he was rude about it and everything else so I don’t appreciate it. I don’t appreciate how my grandmother was talked to this guy was very incompetent. Will not come when he’s there at work
