  I tried to rent a car from the Longview Texas Enterprise but since my license was out of Arkansas they wouldn't accept my debit/credit card for payment...even though I've rented many cars from different states with the same card without any problems...for some reason this branch decided to be difficult..I went to Louisiana Enterprise and rented a vehicle with the same Arkansas license and the same debit/credit card that Texas wouldn't accept...

  I had a very disappointing experience with Gerrand Johnson. From the beginning, his attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I expressed my preference for handling my own financing, he responded by saying, “YOUR THE EXPERT not ME,” in a very dismissive and arrogant tone in which my students even heard him. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to have my preferences acknowledged not brushed off. His communication style made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued, especially considering I did not initially request to work with him, yet he contacted me directly. While I am still interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I do not feel comfortable continuing the process with Gerrand Johnson. His customer service, in my experience, was unacceptable. I would appreciate the opportunity to work with a different representative moving forward.

  3 stars because the service was and always has been absolutely great. However, the cleanliness of the vehicle that I received was way below basic standards. The inside of the car was absolutely filthy with greasy finger prints everywhere. There is no way it was cleaned before it was given to me. The odor from the inside of the car was reminiscent of body odor and remained that way the whole time I had it. Absolutely horrible. I gave it back to them in better shape than what I received. I would have preferred to wait to have the inside cleaned but they were too swamped to give me that option.
