  Enterprise roadside assistance took care of me when I needed it the most. Thanks to enterprises rental I had the extra customer service and additional rental time to buy a new vehicle.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Gennard Johnson. From the beginning, his attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I expressed my preference for handling my own financing, he responded by saying, “I’m the expert,” in a very dismissive and arrogant tone in which my students even heard him. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to have my preferences acknowledged not brushed off. His communication style made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued, especially considering I did not initially request to work with him, yet he contacted me directly. While I am still interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I do not feel comfortable continuing the process with Gennard Johnson. His customer service, in my experience, was unacceptable. I would appreciate the opportunity to work with a different representative moving forward.
